The agreement between students, families, and TheCampus.
These terms apply to students enrolled in TheCampus classes and to the parents or guardians paying the fees.
Every new student is entitled to a single free trial class. No deposit. No obligation.
A $50 deposit holds a seat. The seat is confirmed once the class reaches its minimum intake.
Current fees are published on the pricing page. The balance of the term fee is due before the first paid session. We accept Stripe and bank transfer.
Class sizes are capped. The same teacher takes the class each week. Recordings are sent if a class is missed. Students can pause classes for exam blocks and family commitments.
Two weeks’ written notice. No further charges from that date.
Deposits are refunded in full if a class fails to reach its minimum intake. Term fees are non-refundable once classes have started, but recordings, pause, and cancellation cover the common cases.
Workbooks, programs, recordings, and notes remain the property of TheCampus and are licensed to enrolled students for personal study use only.
Students agree to attend classes prepared, treat tutors and peers with respect, and follow Working With Children safety expectations.
TheCampus is not liable for academic outcomes. We promise considered teaching, not specific marks.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
