How we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
TheCampus is a small VCE tutoring studio founded in 2026, based in South East Melbourne. ABN 35 730 157 288. You can reach us at hello@thecampus.au.
We collect the information needed to enrol students and run the studio. That includes names, email addresses, parent and student contact details, the student’s school year, the subjects of interest, payment details (handled by Stripe), and the correspondence you have with us.
We use this information to enrol students, send materials, communicate about classes and intakes, process payments, respond to queries, and meet our legal obligations.
We don’t sell personal information. We share it only with our payment processor (Stripe), our scheduling tool (Calendly), and the team members who need it to run the studio.
Personal data is held in cloud services such as Google Workspace with reasonable security measures in place. We delete personal data on request.
Under Australian Privacy Principles you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing communications. To exercise any of these rights, contact hello@thecampus.au.
The site currently uses no cookies and no analytics. If we add any, we’ll update this policy and notify users.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest version.
