Website Terms

Effective 30 September 2026

These terms apply to your use of this website operated by TheCampus (ABN 35 730 157 288). By using the website, you agree to these terms.

Website purpose

This website provides information about TheCampus, English Studio and related education services. English Studio is currently in prelaunch. Joining the launch list is free, does not create a paid membership and does not guarantee a place.

Educational information

Website content is general educational information, not a promise of a particular study score, ATAR, assessment result or university admission. Results depend on many factors, including a student’s starting point, practice, assessment performance and broader studies.

Paid services

Separate membership or service terms will be provided before you make any payment. Those terms will explain the confirmed price, billing, inclusions, cancellations, access and any refund arrangements. Nothing on this prelaunch website requires you to purchase a service.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but content may change as the programme is finalised. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every item described will be available until it appears in the applicable enrolment terms.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or harmful material, or use automated means to copy or overload it.

Intellectual property

The website, TheCampus and English Studio branding, copy, graphics and education materials are owned by or licensed to TheCampus. You may view the website for personal use, but may not reproduce, publish, sell or commercially exploit its content without written permission.

External services and links

The website may link to or rely on third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. We are not responsible for content or availability outside our control.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TheCampus is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Questions can be sent to david@thecampus.au.
